Yes! We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and tools. You don't need to provide anything. If you prefer, we can use your own products — just let us know when booking. We also offer eco-friendly, non-toxic product options at no extra charge.

Yes, Lilian Cleaning and Services is fully insured. We carry general liability insurance to protect your home or business and give you complete peace of mind. Our staff are background-checked and professionally trained.

A deep clean goes well beyond a standard clean. It includes inside oven and refrigerator, cleaning behind appliances, scrubbing grout, cleaning inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, window sills, light switches, door frames, and every hard-to-reach area. It is recommended for first-time clients and seasonal cleaning.

No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a key or door code. Your belongings and your home are always safe with us. Of course, you are welcome to be present if you prefer.
